I found Cape d'hiver de sentinelle, Bouclier d'honneur de Mazthoril and Cime de Karabor en cristal to be a good match for the rest of the T7 shaman set.

If you are unlucky and have not obtained the belt from Naxxramas then you could perhaps try and go for Cordelière préservatrice de naturaliste and keep it for a placeholder until you acquire the belt intended for T7 shaman set.

If you want a more neutral but nice looking shield you could try for Bastion de lumière which drops in MH.

I am also fairly sure that you could use Cape du requin-diable with this set - it is a simple but awesome cape.
