You can find the Ashenvale Moonwell south-west of the bridge that crosses Falfarren River (on the main road).

Its at 60,72. Head south right before you cross the bridge (on the west side of it) and look for the blue dot on your map. You've found the place when you zone into an area called "Moonwell".

I accidentally destroyed the filled phial for this quest, and I'm trying to pick it up again. If I need the quest to get the empty phial to drop (per comment above), and Gann won't give me the quest (yes, I've abandoned it), how do I pick it up again? Anyone got any ideas?

Oops, I see where someone said you can get the phial to drop without having the quest. Hope they're right. Guess I'll go kill some more.

Follow the river to the south, but on land. Its the first Moonwell that appears to you.

Guys is that normal if i have lvled from 26 to 27 with no exp before but rested and yet still didnt dropped that phial?

Killed about 50+ Laughing Sisters and no Phial. I need an empty Phial to fill it and then finish the last part of quest chain (Cloven Hoof)

Okay this item won't actually drop unless you are on another quest La flamme sacrée.

can confirm once you grab that sacred flame quest the etched phial instantly drops.

This item can be safely destroyed/deleted after you have finished the quest.This was confirmed by an in-game GM ticket.

So I've been killing these 'Laughing Sister' for a good 45 min without seeing any Etched Phial. Filled up my !@#$ty bags with junk so I stared clearing WHEN I FIND THE DAMN ETCHED PHAIL. F**ing thing dropped like 40 min ago and &*!@#$% Questie addon didn't register it.....
