Hello Folks,

We're in the process pushing the latest 6.0.2 PTR Build to the Battle.net app. You should be able to install the 6.0.2 PTR via the Battle.net app shortly.

As a reminder, the Battle.net app is mandatory in order to play WoW, and all updating/installing will now go through it. If you don't have the Battle.net app, get it here! http://us.battle.net/en/app/

If you have an older version of the PTR build, you may need to uninstall it if your version doesn't automatically update. In order to install the PTR, make sure the Region/Account dropdown box is set to PTR: Mists of Pandaria. Example Picture

Key things to note with this build:

Build version is version 6.0.2. 18838.

The Mac Version of the PTR client is not working quite yet. We hope to have it working in the near future, but I do not have an ETA at this time.

Character Copy is currently down on the PTR. When we bring it up, it'll be via the new in-game option, found on the Character Selection screen.

There is currently a known crash that occurs when changing to/from Windowed Mode while in game, or changing the Resolution in-game. We're working to fix that, although it may require a new build.

As in previous PTR tests for the Expansion Patches, this PTR will mimic what your live retail servers will look like on 6.0.2 Patch day (as opposed to the expansion launch date of Novemeber 13th).

This means that some restrictions will be in place compared to our Beta Realms:

Level Cap remains at level 90.

Tanaan Jungle, Ashran, and the other Draenor zones will not be accessible.

Garrisons, new dungeons, and new raids will not be accessible.

There is a "new season" and everyone is back to Rank 1, even if you were at max reputation in Mists of Pandaria. All fights have been retuned for level 100.

There are level 100 versions of Brawler's Guild potions now. As we've covered in our Preparing for 6.0 Guide, Brawler's Guild achievements for killing bosses before 6.0 are being moved to Legacy Feats of Strength--click here for a full list. There are new achievements for killing the level 100 versions of these bosses in Warlords of Draenor and they reward the same vanity items, titles, etc. The other achievements are not going anywhere, like Y en aura toujours pour râler (saison 2) and Je suis votre plus grand fan (saison 2).

We've changed the combat rotations of each Chasseur specialization (primarily through Ability Pruning) with the goal of them being a platform to build upon with talents. To facilitate this, we've modified several talents to add additional rotational depth. Chasseurs had many talent options which added abilities to their rotation, but most of them had quite simple usage, with little interaction with your rotation or other abilities. Now, there should be more of a variety; still some simple talents, but also some talents that create a more engaging combat rotation.
Barrage now has a 20 second cooldown (down from 30 seconds), costs 60 Focus (up from 30 Focus), and its damage has been increased by 100%.

Murder of Crows has been changed. Its duration, cost, and cooldown have been reduced by 50%. It no longer has a shorter cooldown when used on low health targets. Instead, its cooldown is reset if the target dies.

Ferveur has been replaced with a new passive ability, Steady Focus.
Steady Focus increases Focus Regeneration by 50% for 10 seconds after using or Tir assuré twice in a row, or after using .

Survivalistethe chance to Multistrike by 10%Chasseur

can no longer be used to heal the Mage's Water Elemental.

The Brain Freeze effect now increases Rafale's damage by 25% ~~15%~~, and can now stack up to 2 times. It also no longer triggers from the Bomb Talents, and instead has a 10% chance to trigger from casts. Each Multistrike of Frostbolt increases that cast's chance by an additional 25%. (Total of 60% on double-Multistrikes).

Frappes puissantes now triggers every 15 seconds (up from every 20 seconds), and also triggers from (for Mistweavers only), but no longer triggers from Éclair de jade crépitant.

Soigneur altruiste no longer causes to apply to Éclair lumineux. For Holy Paladins, it now increases the healing of Éclair lumineux on others by 35% per stack (up from 20%). For Retribution and Protection Paladins, the effect on Éclair lumineux remains unchanged.

Pierre de soins's cooldown will now not reset until the player leaves combat. Healing from this ability is now a flat amount (instead of a % of maximum health) and can no longer be a Critical Effect.

Hanter now increases periodic damage by 30% (down from 35%).

Mastery: has been slightly changed. It now passively increases all damage by 6% regardless of form. While in , it further increases the damage of , Onde de chaos, , Aura d’immolation, and Feu de l’âme while by 12%.

now increases all damage by 30% (up from 20%) while using one-handed weapons.

now increases damage by 10% (down from 15%).

We also expanded to affect all damage, not just Physical damage, and increased its duration slightly so that it can cover burst windows like Frappe du colosse adequately.
