Same here. They seem to have a much higher drop rate.

I can't really tell if it is just a matter of rotten luck, but it seems that as I have both the quests The Totem of Infliction and Ghoulish Effigy, only Ghoul Ribs for Effigy drops. Have gotten most of my ribs, but no fang.

Could be just bad luck, or some game technical issue. Just wanted to share it.

There is a common bug that if you have 2 quests that require the same mob type to drop both quest items, sometimes they will only drop 1. Just turn in the first quest first and return and you should be fine.

im on that quest with that totem thing and im having reallybad drop luck. dont have any fangs and i been grinding otten ones for hours. what the hell is wrong?

Was running through duskwood and it seemed like the mobs that drop this in the cemetary were 3 - 4 levels higher than listed here.

I found these easily from the fetid corpses at Manor Mistmantle (north of Darkshire)

Plague Spreader dropped them at every kill for me

Farmed for hours, never got a single one. Removed from the game as of 19/09/19.
