i got 48,53.. u cannot miss it.. its just a big red thingy sticking outa the ground lol

-There are several "hot spots" around Fire Plume Ridge. They look like pillars about twice the height of your character jutting up from the mountain. I found one to the south and one to the west. These are not the "hottest."

-The one that you want is at the top of the mountain. Go to the north and look for the bridge. Follow the path to the top of the mountain. the pillar that you are looking for is on the northern part of the mountain.

-Note: Depending on your graphic settings, the pillars may not have glowing red cracks in them like you see in the attached YouTube video. They may look like black pillars on your screen.
