Kill mobs around cage and open it... Solo'd with 32 shammy.

Poisons, potions, well-fed... had to use every trick in the book, but I did it. Opened the cage from behind and stealthed as soon as it unlocked, before the panther could aggro. Immediately hit Ambush, then moved away from the cage to avoid line of sight issues. From there it was just a matter of staying alive (Evasion, Gouge+bandage, Health Potion) and doing as much damage as possible.

The panther is a 30 elite.
It's advisable to have a group for this one, or be at least a few levels up.
Also, watch out for a Serpent-nuage venimeux which patrols though the aea.
The exact co-ordinates of the front of the cage are : 22.78 24.53
