These dropped for me in Arathi Highland's from a Burning Exile. Dropped after about an hour of farming there. But according to thottbot it only drops 0.0% of the time. Lucky me!

Nothing wrong with these leggings, sure they look somewhat erotic but thats the way Blizzard rolls. You play the old Warcraft games and every fe-male elf, etc. is wearing armor like this. Im sure if Blizzard had it their way all armor would look like this. I suppose its just directed to the more mature players who can.. uhh. Enjoy their animation. Yeah, throw some heavy plate shoulders on, a big glaive, and a thick chest peice on with these leggings and you have yourself one badass looking fe-male warrior. :)

Got em off some mini non elite named guy in arathi (orge) can out of nowhere and my group member got all mad casue he was too far to recive the loot. =D sold for 15g on Nerzhul

Dropped off one of the lvl 40ish troggs at Agmond's End. Was just killing them for the quest and Blammo...groovy blue.
