This is a very "old school" epic mount that is no longer in game.

Riding my normal, gray ram to amberstill ranch to take a look at the epic mounts, The guy there has 2 exchange 'quests'.. to trade in a black or a frost ram. Where do you get a black or a frost ram?

Yeah i know, just went to the ram buyer to look at epiq, then i saw theese 2 "quests" weard!

I dont have a clue what they mean tbh.

As an undead and elf fan, I think I have the right to know, will there be any quests of the sort for the Forsaken players, and if so, please someone respond to me. I'm a player on Dragonmaw server (Europe), my character's nickname is "DarkBlaze".Even though they probably will look fine, I won't pass on the epic mounts from Zul'Gurub.

When i first started playing wow these epics were able to be purchased instead of the goofy epics with armor. They looked normal and can still be found standing by inns. You can no longer purchase or drop these mounts anywhere. The people who had these before the patch which took them away from the vendors and replaced them were given the option to keep or exchange. I bought my mount 2 days after the patch so I missed out on my pretty black ram. slashcry.

see before they had the armoured tigers rams and that stuff had they just normal rams but in epic form... no armour just a ram... and that whas in that old time you could get it(before armoured epic mounts)

... And it was really tough choosing between having a unique mount (frost ram) or the armored swift gray ram that looks great with my dwarf warrior.

I decided to go for aesthetics, so I traded it in. If a played a caster class, though, I would have kept it, cause they don't look good with the armored mounts.

This Mount used to be buyable before the 1.4 patch in Classic WoW.

It is one of the 14 unarmored Mounts that have been made unavailable with that patch.

Interestingly enough, the Mort-vivant are the only race that didn't have any unarmored versions. This is because they've already had the armored versions in that patch.
