Leonard Porter vends toujours "Patron : Gantelets corrompus en cuir"

Note: J'ai pu acheter 5 fois ce patron (délais d'apparition courts +/- 20min selon moi) sans voir apparaitre "Patron : Pantalon tempétueux" une seule fois.

been waiting in tirisfal for the respawn for awhile now....I tried going to the guy in alterac, but it turns out he is alliance and instead of selling me the pattern, he smashed my face in.

I have waited on the vendor on the horde side for 4 days now and 2 server reboots.. it never shows up.

I am wondering if blizzard stopped the drop of this item due to it being very easy to reach 280-300 with this.

As someone already said, the npcs that sell limited supply items often only sell one or two at a time. If you want something else that they're offering at the time, you'd be best off by buying what he's offering now to clear for the specific pattern of your choise to be for sale. Once you've done it, leave and do something else for half an hour, then check back. Sooner or later you'll get it.

Took me 4 trips to Swamp of Sorrows to buy the Elixir of Demonslaying recipe, and had to buy some mana potions (on my rogue -_-) to get it.. same principle should apply here.

This one is definitely hard to get.. Read the post's in here and found mr. Werg Thickblade.. Camped right next to him for 2 hours, bought 3 of the elementals shouldes, since one posts suggested that might trikker the other to appear (it doesn't) finally gave up when the 4th elemental recipe turned up and went to do questing.. Got back 2 hours later on my way to Western Plagueland's and bang, there they were..

Worth the wait though, with this recipe you can easily get from 260-280 in no time at all..

i must have bad luck. i've been doing stuff in western plague lands for 2 days now. And i check the merhcant every 20minuntes. and Leonard Porter doesnt want to give me the pattern :( I saw it at the AH for 6 gold... but id rather not waste 6 gold when it only costs 1 gold off him.

I just bought mine from Leonard Porter. I clicked on him ever couple minutes for about 15 minutes or so and behold, there it was. Costed 1g and some silver. Good luck!

I had to get the 5 leather lvls without this recipe by making rugged armor kits... it hurts PEOPLE YOU REALLY NEED THIS! it is the fasyest way to lvl your leatherworking

I've been sitting at this vendor for about 2 hours now...this is after the 1.10 patch, btw. Is it possible that Blizzard yanked the recipe out *because* it makes it so easy to powerboost one's leatherworking? I've been checking his stock, at the turn of every minute on the world clock, but so far, I can't seem to find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

Sat for an hour and a half checking every couple of minutes before I got the leggings, assuming it was bought only minutes before I arrived, that means respawn is upto 1h 30mins.

My advice, dont try to camp this guy, if you see the patern on AH, buy it, if you get it from here, you got very lucky. Still not got the gauntlets.

The problem on my server is that people buy out the recipes for stuff like this, and farm the NPCs so nobody else can buy the recipes, then they put the recipes on the AH for up to 5x as much as they are to be bought from the vendor NPC. That is just bull^&*! to begin with, putting COMMON patterns in the AH and that forces people to buy them at 5x the price..they are never available at the vendor NPCs cause some idiot who DOESN'T NEED the pattern buys it and sells it...it's such bull@#$% and I'm tired of it.

Got Mine on Sunday AM at 7:35 ... just arrived, checked the vendor and there it was ... reading the posts above I believe I was simply lucky ... then again ... it never hurts to be lucky :-)

after my experiences trying to buy the frigging pattern from hinterlands guy for nightscape shoulders I was not too positive. Especially not after reading all this. So I trucked my hunter's lvl 45 butt up to CW point and what do you know, first try. A lot better than the 2 weeks it took me to get the Nightscape Shoulders from Wildhammer vendor *puh*

THIS PATTERN GOES GREEN AT 290!

This is after 2.0.1 patch, bliz nerfed so as not so easy to get to 300 LW. still a great pattern to get 30 lvls cheaply, RECOMMEND!

I haven't been able to get it at all. Every time I visit WPL, it is not there. Are we still sure that this guy sells it? Confirmed: He does still sell it. Just got it April 23, 2007, around 8:40 PM Eastern.

I had bought them and i was w8ing for Pattern: Stormshroud Pants, and after 40 min Pattern: Wicked Leather Gauntlets spawned again.

Leonard Porter sells one every few hours it seems. He is located near the Griffon in the alliance camp in Southwest Western Plaguelands next to the zone to Alterac Mountains. I only had to wait 20 minutes for one to show up, but it may be longer depending on your luck.

I went up there (To Leonard Porter) and he didn't even have one with a (0) on it. Absolutely no indication that he sells it. Can anyone confirm that he sells this for me?

This guy also sells the pattern for Stormshroud Pants.

The pants spawn on a regular 20 minute basis.
I waited for over an hour for the wicked pattern to spawn, with no luck.

I logged out for the night, and when I logged back in the next morning, both patterns were there, so it's just a matter of patience (and getting the pattern before anybody else ^^)
