I just got it off a pirate in Tanaris. I was debating keeping it for my hunter, and now reading the comments above, I'm even more confused! ~:P

Strength doesn't help me diddly squat, but then again I'm having trouble finding any armor the right level that I like. Bah.

This dropped last night farming for Maury's key along w/ not just one but two Gutrenders. Not sure how much this epic sells for so I put this up for 8g and it sold almost instantly. Makes me think I was to low, but oh well. Eight gold is more than the cost of the shard it disenchants to so I'm happy.

Got this off a southsea swashbuckler in Tanaris.. It`s great..! too bad warlock`s can`t use mail..:/ maybe it will be good for my shaman, or i just sell it 30g+ :D

this droped for me a few days ago in tanaris. it seems good for warriors , paly, hunter, and shamins. the guy above is also right. you do need some strength or else you are screwed when like a warrior or paly is melee attacking you. so... very good . im am hoping to get at least 10g for it

I bought this off a guildee for 10G and it lasted from 39-49. Throughout the 40's there was no piece of plate that offered the high stat bonuses. There were some with higher armor but they arent worth the money. For PVE'ing on a budget, these are great. Im a warrior btw.

nice for 40 rogue specially the major hp regen (spirit)

probably the most worthless blue item around, only paladins and warriors can wear mail at 39 and in one level they get plate, who the hell is going to buy this for one level
