180 HP & 36 AP! What needs to be said? Superlative hat for this level. No doubt in my mind.

Picked this up last week and didn't realize what I had at first. I'd just gotten a High Bergg Helm, then a Helm of Exile shortly after. I thought I was set for hats, but this one takes the prize.

This is MOST for shamans\hunters to get before AQ opens, its one of the few with NR and sta (atk for hunter), i dunno witch part of mara this dropp but i'll updata my comment when i find it out

I feel like a complete moron going to maraudon for AQ gear, but it looks like that's what I'll be doing. As a hunter this seems to be the best (and only) nature resist headpiece i can find.

As a 54 Hunter I took him quite easily, sadly the helm didnt drop... it was the cloth chest. I had to reset the instance 8 times for him to spawn (FYI: you get locked out after 5 tries in less than an hour), as a hunter make sure you have Track Elementals on in case he is glitched. To solo him I went through purple side and had to FD twice per run. Other than that you shouldnt really draw much agro 54+. Before I took down Meshrok I killed the surrounding elites and then moved on to him. Fight was pretty easy- shock doesnt affect you from range. Pet died at the end, but I was still at full HP. Good luck, hopefully the helm will drop first for everyone else out there (heck, even the Fungus armor would have been nice).

Oh, and just to add it takes about 5 minutes to reach him from purple entrance.

needed for aq and for hunters who wanna get their epic quest done. =) needs much nature res on one of the 4 demons... so this is mainly for hunter and secondary for shaman

Easily soloed by 51 hunter, got lucky and got the headpiece on the first try. Had to fd and sacrifice my pet a couple of times to get there in one piece though.

After 25x in this forsaken place I got it to drop

Ran it only 1 time with a group on my druid and the stoopid thing drops and I won greed roll...
Like I am going to use it *rolleyes* on a druid

Got a good disenchant outta it tho..

15x through and he doesn't appear. Seen him 3 times in my last 8, but dropped same stupid cloth all in all 3.

Solo'd him w/a 49 hunter fairly easily.

Killed him 6 times now. 5 cloth chests and 1 leather chest... no helm.

wtf. Considering those drop rates I'm extremely unlucky. With only 1/2 a bar left till 50, dunno if I'll get another shot at that piece in tis bracket.

I got it. 4 more kills since the last post (11 more runs) and it drops. So what's that like 1 in 10?

Farming NR for Huhuran and its simple to get... Just takes a bit of patience and time. I would run in without aggroing any mobs, attack him (he would fall through the map, so I'd just Feign Death and he'd come back up a few seconds later and be killable), kill him, then rinse and repeat until he dropped it... Only boss so far in Mara I can't solo is the princess (Noxxion also) so all the Nr in there is open to a 60 hunter basically
