I believe this is lootable by the whole party, it was some time ago when it dropped but I recall all of us heading to the tower to turn the quest in.

I found the Glowing Shadowhide Pendant in Lake Al'Ameth, while killing some Lieutenant Fangore... And now... wher's the quest? I need something else?

On Classic, can anyone confirm if you can still loot this even after turning in Solomon's Law ?
I killed about 100 gnolls while having Solomon's Law in my quest journal and didn't loot the Glowing Pendant, went to Lakeshire to empty my bags and accidentally turned in Solomon's Law, then came back in killed 500 more gnolls and still didn't get the Glowing Pendant. I know it's a rare drop, but I'm starting to think that you actually need to be working on Solomon's law to get it, as I'm way past the expected number of tries for a 3% drop chance.

So if anyone got this item even after turning in Solomon's law, please let me know !

edit : Okay well, 20min after writing this comment, I joined a group that was doing Solomon's Law, explaining to them that I was only after the Glowing Pendant. Not even 2 mins after we started killing gnolls, it dropped for us. This is either a crazy coincidence, or it does in fact mean that you need to be doing Solomon's Law to see this drop.

Drop rate sadly not buffed for SoD. Here in phase 2, it took me about 152 kills of various gnolls to get it.

If you really want it though the xp from the grind is decent, especially with the 50% xp buff (til Level 25).
