The Qiraji Martial Drape is used in the Cenarian Circle revered reputation cloak quests for the listed classes (Mage, Priest, Rogue, Warrior). Other items are required as well; the quests are similiar to the Zul-Gurub quests in that respect.

Since mages were on the list of classes for this, I was excited to see what the mage specific (or at least caster specific) reward was. Well, there's one cape for warriors, one cape for rogues, and the other is supposed to be shared between priests/mages apparently...BUT IT ONLY HAS +HEALING...THANKS BLIZZ.
