To my understanding, this could be for the AQ40 epic sets, all of the items from those sets require an epic item (much like zalander items) from bosses in AQ. This could possibly be one of them.

Yeah this drops off of Ouro an optional boss in AQ40 that has yet to be killed worldwide. The pants of the AQ armor sets are made from this, shoulders and boots are made from bindings gotten off of Princess Huhuran (the nature cockblock) or the optional boss Viscidus. The helm comes from the Twin Emperors Vek'Nilash and Vek'Lor, and finally the chest item is off big daddy C'Thun himself who also has yet to be killed worldwide.

C'thun has been killed many times now. Death's sting went to our top rogue, talk about nasty 66 dps and 140dmg is incredible plus he has Pudio, Ouro will be a fun fight, we are all looking forward to completing our DD set. Unfortunatly DD is getting nerfed in 1.11 because it's better than teir 3.

Most Liekly one of the Uberly hard bosses in AQ40 or even 20. GL!

It says 79% drop rate, but I've killed Ouro now 8 times and still no drop :(
