the only time you can get this recipe is during the lunar festival. you must do there quests and collect stones and the recipe will be a reward from them.

What level do you have to be to get this schematic (there is a level limit for purchasing it with coins), I sent my alt to get one and he was too low and my main had already gotten one and wasted it (sold it) so now I can't get one

Ok I was asking around because someone was holding a huge going away party in TB for someone and they said they got it in Moonglade and you can only get it once a year... Adding to the information above I take it that you get it during the Chinese New Year celebration in Moonglade! It totally pwnz and I cant wait to make an engineer just because of this lol...

Ok, you get the coins for this by talking to the elders. A while after you visit the elders for the coins, they send you near stuff in the mail. Among the neat stuff sometimes are lucky rocket clusters, which when used, give all in vicinity a +250 health buff for 30 min.

Here's a practical use for this. An engineer learns to make the launcher, and takes one or two with him, as well as some of the rockets. Going into an instance? Plant a launcher and fire one off. Ready to raid a nearby enemy village? Plant one and fire one off. Almost finished a tough instance, just need to do the boss? Plant and launch. The +250 hp for your whole group will come in damn handy.

how do you get this
i was able to get all the other schematics for fireworks and the reg launcher, but not the cluster one

level 49 with 297 engineering

One Enveloppe rouge porte-bonheur will be sent to your mailbox for every Elder throughout Azeroth you talk to.
It can contain one of two items: Chapelet de comètes porte-bonheur or Pierre de lune des anciens.
Use the rocket near a launcher and you will receive a +250 health buff that will last for 30 minutes!
