seen the dude with the ! above his head on the broken bridge between wetlands and arathi highlands.. gotta run and jump onto a ledge to get to him.. accepted the quest without even reading and then the timer started. jump down into the river and swim to shore.. then make a run for southshore... or use your stone. the brewmeister is in the inn - in the basement under the kitchen.
I completed this quest with 6 minutes left.
3050 exp for a lvl 35

Hunter. Stand on the point of RH ledge (Arathi side). Back up slowly. Change to Cheetah & run & jump to ledge.

Mage. Stand on point & press fwd & slow fall & you'll just make it.
I did it at lvl 27, then found that you have to be lvl 30 (I think) to pick up the quest! D'oh!

p.s. Get the Southshore fp 1st so you can hearth to the inn to hand it in.
Also, if you drop into the water before hearthing, there's a Waterlogged Letter (next to a dead dwarf) in the debris at the bottom, which starts a chain giving nearly 5000xp.
