Placed at 66,45 in Windshear Crag of the Stonetalon Mountains. The location is also the tower figure to the left of the "W" in "WINDSHEAR CRAG" on your world map.

It is reasonably easy to find. Go to windshear crag and towards the west side there is a tower displayed on your map (the large world map). Go to the top of said tower and you will see a plane. Simply right click the toxic fogger then click the ground near the plane. Voila! Enjoy.

Airport is located just south of the lake in windshear crag, 66,45

Go to the Stonetalon Mountains. Open your map up. The airport is located right at the W in Windshear Crag.

the airplane actually sits on the copter pad fight to the top and then right click on the jug and place near the airplane. The other info is right it is near the tower on the world map.
