Yes, it's one of the many blue recipes to make a green item, but for a Resto Druid, few and far between, or a Shaman that wants spirit... This item actually has relatively better Stats then a Wolfshead Helm, is 5 levels lower, and a heluva lot easier to make.

I bought this from somebody on Khaz Modan horde and learned it. I offered him 10g because the actual crafted item kind of sucks, +10 stamina and +11 spirit. It'd be pretty cool if the spirit was agility, but oh well; I just want to know all the LW patterns. I can't believe the median for this thing is 30g!
