This has got to be the least worthy item in the game. It's almost an insult that you get it, luckily you can sell it to a vendor for a decent amount.

I agree with galaxygoddess. It is good if you think about it. caster classes doesn't need strength and the spirit loss isn't that huge. but hordes get a better one from the quest "Into the scarlet monastery" (+12 stamina +5 spirit)

So this item was obviously designed so that everyone would destroy it... so when you destroy it it asks "do you really want to destroy a Shriveled Heart"... it's pure comedy! like "are you sure you want to break her heart" or something like that... LOL

Seriously, this is hunter loot.

Hunters generally don't melee, therefore we shouldn't miss the strength too much.

Hunters have large mana pools to draw from for their shots (especially with points in efficency) so mana regen isn't all that important.

Stamina is the second most important stat to a 40-ish Hunter, next to agility. This neck sacrifices two worthless stats to hunters to gain a large boost in the second-most important stat. Granted, there are better necks for hunters at this level, but this one is definately a viable option.

all i know is as a warrior i destroy it if i get it thats all there is to me its not sellable so the noob who said you could just shut up you cant DE it either i guess if you wanna wear it, then go for it its not great its not the worst thing in the world it has its pros and cons sorry if im middle of the road buts its not that bad :)

this thing is good for some, bad for others. who cares, if u dont need it, pass on it. if u dont want it in your inventory... throw it away. good, bad... who cares. its FREE. personally i like the stam, but i dont like loosin' any stats either, who does? just remember other armor stuff can make up for the minus.

I rolled need on this thinking it said +5str and +5spi. I equipped it of course and continued with it on thru the instance. It took me about half an hour to realize I had been fooled when I noticed I had minus stats on me.

Thank god I didn't have time to sell my old necklace...

Yes, you read correctly, you can vendor this or disenchant it.

This thing is still better than those amulets Griftah sells from 1 to 40g "see Griftah in Shattarh City for more details". This item can be good for a lock: no need for spirit and even less for strengh but real need for stamina.

Safe to vendor. Used for a quest that was not implemented into the game.
