Stratholme is a 5-player dungeon located in Eastern Plaguelands, with two different sections: Living and Undead. The Living section is considered the first portion of the instance, with the entrance located deep within the Plaguewood. You can access the Undead portion of the instance from the Living side (or having a key), but the instances are usually run separately.
The Living side of Stratholme has a total of 12 encounters, with 6 encounters being either triggered by an in-dungeon event or otherwise rare spawns.
Stratholme is one of the dungeons players will run at 60 to prepare for raiding. The dungeon has a lot of good drops for all classes, including several pieces of the
Tier 0 Set
. Living Stratholme is also very popular due to being the only place that drops
Orbe de piété
, used in the
Ench. d'arme (Croisé)
enchant. Priests with Tailoring will be especially interested on
Patron : Habit de vraie foi
pattern that drops from
Balnazzar
.
Magistrat Barthilas
also drops the
Clé de la ville
, which is used to open the Stratholme Service Gate and serves as a shortcut to the Undead portion of the dungeon.
