In this blog, Malgayne lays out the first day of BlizzCon, along with spoilers concerning Cataclysm. For the ones still puzzling over what Cataclysm in relation to World of Warcraft means, Malgayne wrote a short list of features in another blog (Cataclysm Officially Announced!) that get added in *censored* (<-- you need to click da blog, haha). In WoW: Cataclysm Recap you will get an idea of the amount of changes introduced with Cataclysm. Gear and itemization stats will be changed, too (Cataclysm Stat Revamps—GC Nerfs EVERYTHING!).

Here ArgentSun lists the changes and inventions in particular effecting PvP, guild community and talenting.

Not so unexpected in my opinion, Blizzard plans to publish a World of Warcraft magazine.

Thread - Changes - Will you miss it? by s20mike.
Anyone who has read the Wowhead blogs concerning BlizzCon and knows of the changes intended to come with the new expansion, namely Cataclysm, will agree that these changes are going to have huge effect on the overall player's ~~leveling~~ questing/traveling/etc experience. s20mike wants to know what veteran/junior players think about the changes, whether are happy to welcome them, expect new things, and/or miss quests that forever will be gone in the future. What about you? What do you think?

Thread - Stock Market - WoW Stock Market by madwonko.
Apart from raiding which is considered 'endgame', madwonko suggests to implement a proper virtual market to the World of Warcraft. People clever and lucky people would be able to soak ~~millions~~ fastillions (á la Uncle Scrooge) of gold off the market, developing business in WoW. What do you think?

Blizzard talks about the two famous Orcs.

Thread - Light and Death (Page 22) and (Page 23) by MorecofRivendare.
These editions are the last two finishing Chapter 2. A well-known figure will die. Morec earlier has created a suggestion thread in which users can post their ideas to new characters (submissions not guaranteed to be accepted).

Thread - The Howl of the Frostwolf Series by HiV0LT4G3.
Having completed The Pride of the Thunderhorn Series, HiV0LT4G3 continues the story around Ogun in another chapter, the Frostwolf series.

Thread - War is Hell, Part 5 by Skreeran.
A new (and the last) installment has been released!

Thread - Travels of Northrend by Dralas.
An epicly long roleplay has ended.
