Update 01/26: Blademeld was kind enough and went through and fixed up some of the unclear translations for us.
Huh, that's funny, because the Korean notes said spell power (주문력) instead of spell damage (주문 공격력).I guess it was an error on Blizzard's part since it doesn't give healing.
A lot of people don't seem to get it: The nerfs to heroics are not meant to make easy dungeons even easier. For those fresh 80's for whom heroics are still a challenge, yes, they will be slightly less of a challenge. But the main factor is frustration, when you overgear an encounter by so much that you barely have any time to dps the boss before he/she goes into another immunity-gimmick phase. The same phases that lent spice and variety to the encounter when WotLK was first released, are now just a few seconds' annoyance to groups geared enough to stomp through the dungeon to farm it for badges.And of course those of us who already HAVE our red proto-drakes can proudly display that we got the achievement BEFORE the nerf. >:3

There goes the only really epic thing Warriors had going for them (ignoring the odd insane Shield Slam crit).I played my Prot Warrior for a year, almost exclusively, both in PvE and a lot of PvP, and the whole charge mechanic is really what made it cool, and viable. Take that away, and you have a Paladin, without the mana, self heals, bubbles, ranged stuns, ranged damage, and insane burst.Flame on.
