PTR Patch Note update

New items like Tambour de guerre hanté, Corne à boire vrykule, and Ambre ancien have been added--these look like archaeology finds to me! Perhaps Blizzard is making good on their word to add new things for us to dig up

A new glyph for the Mage class: Glyphe carbonisé

Some more evidence that a redone Silithus coming very soon, with a new quest item (Glande de silithide de la Ruche'Ashi) and some new quests like Les profanateurs du vent

Fête du Feu du solstice d'été got its items buffed up to respectable ilevel of 353 as well: Cape des vents algides, Faux de givre du seigneur Ahune, Voile du froid hivernal, Cape cerclée de glace, Le voile de combat du seigneur du Givre, and La cape de guerre du seigneur du Givre

Effect stacks up to 4 times and lasts 6 sec or until any Arcane damage spell except Arcane Blast or Arcane Explosion is cast.

: Infuses all ~~party~~ party and raid members with brilliance, increasing their maximum mana by 2126and spell power by 6% for 1 hour. If target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected.

Talent and Specialization Changes
