As a druid player I think it's offensive...
I have all leggos on my main and have had since start of Tos , so i like this idea since i really only raid and do M+ on one toon. My alts might get some nice loot to make the next exp leveling easier.
@buenoedson What do you mean? I play a druid and I have all legendaries, including the crafted one...
Heirloom Tab, Mount Tab, Pet Tab, Transmog TabLegendary Tab (coming in "old god expansion")
I'm not sure I understand this fully. If I have all of the priest-specific legendaries on my discipline priest (all discipline legendaries, all holy ones, and all shadow ones), then the next time I would have received a legendary it will instead be a token? Also, do I have to already have all possible legendaries that a priest can use? Do I need to have Norgannon's Foresight and Prydaz because a priest can use them? And the class for which the token is valid - that's random, or will it be priest (so I can only give it to a priest alt)? There probably is no way to select which class... which is unfortunate, because I could get the hunter token and hunter is the only class I don't have at or above level 100.I think they're trying, which is nice, but I kinda feel like they're seeing what they can do instead of what they should do... like experimenting because they're not yet sure what's possible to pull off. I dunno, I'm a bit underwhelmed. But then again it's probably not something I'm likely to ever have in my possession, so it affects me very little.
I would think it's all the legeadaries on the priest loot table. So, if you look at your duegon journal and there's still some there you'd need them first. On which token you would get I would assume random class. I feel that a chance of getting something for an alt after you finish your main is a good try. Gives you a reason to dust off an alt and get him to 110 knowing you'll have at least one good item
See now this makes us druids have the HARDEST time ever dumb idea. If they are going to do it at least make the legendary drop rate increase more significantly, If not just a waste of time.
This is why you need to start a demon hunter at the begining of the legion. lol
Now confirmed an update that literally only applies to sub 1% of the games population. Please change it and make it work at least per spec, not characterGet all leggo's for a spec, if you get another, it is an account bound token you can trade to your other characters OR use on your other loot specs instead of a random one from your alternate specsWould absolutely love to see the total amount of players with every leggo for their entire class.
What's the point in giving free legendaries to alts when I don't even have all of them on my main toon? I've been playing literally every day for the last year and only have half. I can't give up any more time to min/max, but I can't keep up with the big dogs unless I only sleep for one hour a night and call in sick to work every other day...
How many People out there are still playing the same toon they were when legion started ? Im not i started on a warrior and changed several times depending what my guild needed these new tokens will be useless to me.
You guys complaining about this should really understand that it is not(!) a catch-up. It is just something extra for the people who still play or will play their original main and play(ed) a huge amount of time and thus happen to have all legendaries. It doesn't take away from anyone and no class is at an advantage or disadvantage. If this goes live you will get a legendary for certain amount of activities on average - regardless what character you will be playing on and as it has been the first few (currently 2) will be much faster on new characters. It removes the end point that was there for much played characters. And it doesn't touch upon how fast legendary catch-up is tuned in general. To illustrate you can compare the rate at which legendaries where aquired over time. I started writing down the dates at which my legendaries where found on my main around the time patch 7.1.5. hit. In 7.1.5 it was roughly every 2 weeks, 7.2 and 7.2.5. it was roughly one every week or less. For 7.3. I have no data as I had every one already for some time. This trend of increasing rate should be seen at all levels of activity, but if you don't play (for whatever reason) no legendary will drop for you. No complaining will help here. You just have to accept that you spent less time on this and someone else has more (- if that even matters that much). If you spent more time caring for your garden it will show eventually and it will be much nicer than someone else's.
VERY UNFAIR TO DRUIDSWe would need 48 Legos for our four spec on druids, compare to a DH who only needs 24 and the rest of the classes that only need 36.
This is so much $%^&... I've played the entierty of the extenstion, and only have 6 legendaries. Most of them are useless as !@#$. Can't we, AT LEAST, enjoy the last Raid tier with a "normal" experience of our class like others do ? Or do we have to pay for that ? --"Stupid gamedesign at it's finest.
