Finally. The RNG of legendaries was way too much. Not to mention some specs couldn't function competitively without specific legendaries.
i think i like the changes so far. It feels going back to old school system were everybody could choose his own path regarding customization etc

Glad to hear about the legendaries, but I don't understand how he can say they'll keep titanforging, when exactly the reason he mentioned will stay valid? The MoP level of it was ok, since it couldn't make an item as good as the same from a higher difficulty. And now we have the - rare - piece of 955 LFR/normal equip.
I liked the Legendary system! x)I will not do the expedition if we dont have real rewards like that. And the legendary system was only a problem for people who switched class every Tier to take the OP class, for everyone who played the same character since the start it was fine.
The legendary idea they did in Legion ruined legendaries, it was a terrible idea.
Well, less rng that is yay! To be honest I am glad we were able to get legendaries at all, but on most of my character I get those crappy ones and take forever to find something good. I always gets salty when a guildie gets a bis on his first drop.
I appreciate how they learn and develop where and how they want to do gear/legendaries. Kudos. Just wonder how that's going to work out for pugging/being carried for aotc. Maybe gearscore will make a return lol
The good thing about legendaries is being able to swap the effects any time you could change gear, instead of having to change talents. And without worrying about the gear becoming obsolete. We'll see if the Azerite system is going to be as convenient as swapping in/out Luffa Wrappings.
I can't believe they actually made us not want any legendaries. Tbh after my first 2, I kept getting BiS ones and now have all for my main spec. Even like that it was bugging me to have a system like that.
From someone who plays Diablo I love the set pieces that drop randomly but it’s also frustrating at times. I wish they would put a bit of that into wow with some currency to buy pieces for bad rng
I just don't understand why would it be such a problem to cap titanforging max ilvl on ilvl of mythic raiding difficulty and just remove TF/WF in mythic raids to keep mythic items relevant as highest possible gear as it was always before.. mythic raiders don't care if someone gets lucky and get same ilvl as their items. I get it why it's relevant for lower geared people getting lucky pieces, it's good, it makes them happy, but getting higher then max difficulty is just dumb.

Its good they are not implementing legendary items into BoA. Randomnes of such progression importance should not be in game.

Im glad that they are removing rng legendary system. They should also remove titanforge system. I hated those 2 rng system.
Good change.Last 2 steps to do to fix RNG nonsense: get rid of paragon caches, change drop rate of sub-1% mounts to 1%.

I am fine with titanforging but wish the window was smaller. +5 warforged, +10 titanforged and that's it. So glad legendaries are gone though.
