Evasion ! ... As much of a pita as it was to get to Marshal Windsor, only to find out the person with the quest left the crumpled up note in their bank, then wait while they hearth to town, fly back, and try to continue before everything started to respawn, I actually miss doing that one. Lol!
I remember running out of quests in zones before I'd leveled enough for the next zone. Running everywhere until lvl 40. Stopping at every flight point. Soul Shards you had to get from a channeled spell and if you forgot you were f@#!ed next encounter (and didn't you store them in a bag as well). No bag space because the max stack was 20. You needed arrows for bows and ammunition for guns. Nostalgia is great in hindsight...but I'll probably still play it anyway.
sir you are absolutely right, word by word, nothing else to add
I do not miss old hunters... omg arrows,a quiver taking up a bag slot, your pet dies like 3 times without you feeding it at some point it leaves you. Having to buy food, for not meat eating pets. Only thing I miss is early acquisition of aspect of the cheetah, and aspect of the pack, when used correctly. Leveling is a nightmare. It was like silkroad. I'd have to be a tauren because I do not like any other old race. Besides elves. Only reason I'd play is for the pristine gold-less economy. That'd be grand to watch and participate in. Once they give these players these servers, maybe they'll finally make flying in draenor if not legion able to be bought. Since most of those people who complain about earning it most likely will want to play classic. The BfA can get flying buyable after the next expansion(After BfA). Anyone that does not like it can continue paying their subscription and play classic. Sorry but spending 100 hours at max lvl completing all the story lines, not daily quests, should honor you with either being able to purchase flying or giving it to you. They can give us this, and you guys can go play classic. :) I am happy with everything in wow except flying. Should not have to rep grind for flying. If there was no rep involved I would have it unlocked.Since I have my stories done.Go enjoy classic. You all.
Thanks for the heads up on this book. I got in at the last minute. As one who came into WoW at Pandaria, I always wondered about vanilla. And it appears I may get a chance to play that, as well as read abouthow it was created.
