That's really interesting
Excellent reading!
I think it would be cool if Silas Darkmoon ended up being N'zoth himself much like the Deathwing family taking on the Prestor identity.
Dude, it's a game... People seems to expect from Blizzard a fully connected while without inconcistency writing for a game started a decade and half ago, with regular patches, thousands of quests, a &*!@ ton of books, comics, interviews on lore, etc... Which was written by twice ( or ) the number of people actually working on it right now, which entered it's last decade trying to redefine itself and the way it told stories... Don't take things too seriously. That being said, interesting article.
can anyone remember if we could see Argus from Darkmoon Isle?
I am just curious, if there does eventuate a DMF dungeon or raid just how badass is that Rabbit going to be? o.O
My theory: When Aman'thul plucked Y'Shaarj from Azeroth, he quarantined it on the moon. The Darkmoon logo is a stylized picture of Y'Shaarj. Most Sha are colored like an eclipse, also the big Sha looking tentacles coming out of the moon when Ysera died. The connection between Y'Shaarj and the Well of Eternity. Everything about Drusera/the Entity from Wildstar(my furthest reaching, Alex Jonesiest tie-in ever, but check it out. The game was made by ex-blizz devs)Sister theories: 1: Y'Shaarj/Elune was a prototype for the Naaru. 2: G'huun was a prototype for the loa, both created to control the trolls, who were shaped from Aqir. 3: Night Elves share ancestry with the Mantid. They're a matriarchal society, they prefer to live in spooky forests, and they can hibernate for thousands of years 4: Crazier still, I think Mogu were modeled after N'raqi(faceless), and that's why Mogu and Zandalari are so buddy-buddy.
Normal mode SoO weapons have eyes... and so do the other difficulties. Unless you're talking about the purple colour themed ones, in partocular. I have the purple, red, and greenish staff from the Sha. They ALL have eyes.
You forgot about all the ghosts that you can talk to that are wandering all around DMF island, including the black forest area (though you have to be dead yourself to see them :D ) they say some pretty interesting stuff ;)
