Sadly, every time we get something dark (lighting not story), there is a large complaint. The most recent is with the entrance to the Palace in Nazjatar
Those monument style buildings remind me more Tol'vir culture. Which is bassically means - Titans. So this city is just a big prison made by Titans...And no. Physically its impossible to move in to center of Azeroth. Everything was moving away from center...
Maybe it's for the best, the rise of the Black Empire and wiping Azeroth clean of life. End the game and start something fresh
omg the hype for this! 8.3 being in Ny'alotha like Argus in 7.3?
I didn't phrase it like this before, but I have mentioned many months ago to guildies, that I think they are going to pull a Thanos. N'Zoth wins (snaps his fingers), we fight through the next expansion to reverse that. I could be totally wrong, but hey, just my theory.
Let this be a lead in to an old god black empire expack
My guess for the next expansion has been Rise of the Black Empire for some time. I bet this doesn't end particularly well for anyone in particular; it can't or the next expansion would be Peace on Azeroth -- and nearly everyone would quit. It's clear from this article and from having played through void priest twice (and gotten the mounts twice, just to see the story again), I payed pretty close attention. After my blood elf got the Xal'atath weapon, I instantly started leveling a void elf shadow priest because I wanted that full void experience. Sadly I had that character take off N'zoth's eye because I couldn't stand to look at it on him, but my Dark Iron and Kul Tiran both have the eye still on, as does my one Horde (Forsaken) who followed Sylvanas so that I could see that side of the story.Any case, I'm obviously wondering what's going on with the eye; I have heard other characters who've taken it off hear N'zoth say "But your eyes are closed," when playing through Crucible after taking off the "gift." One character saw a rather MASSIVE void being during the second boss fight in crucible that was pure purple, opaque, and tentacly. He was also absolutely not part of the fight.Xal'atath wanted to find her "own destiny" and was careful to say she was sure she'd see me again -- yeah, that's setting up the next expansion and Ny'alotha as the Argus (timeline cadence-wise for the second year of an expansion, as they did say they were "happy" with the Legion cadence) of BfA that leads into the big reveal for BlizzCon this year.
If we all have strengths and weaknesses and ultimately the two make up the whole of ourselves, then whatever made N'zoth "weak" from one perspective is offset by an equally devastating strength in something else. Geniuses are total morons in regard to fashion, etc. or whatever, because no human is perfect. Most of us are a balance, but the people the are either extremely powerful or extraordinarily weak can often be looked at as the opposite from a different perspective.
I suppose then a great battle could develop between N'zoth and Sylvanas, while N'zoth uses what remains of the Nagas and followers, add to their ranks the void elf, while Sylvanas will increase their number with the undead that manages to recuse the product of the war against the alliance, so it will be a war between darkness and death. It may be for this reason that the being of the void within Alleria wanted her dead, it will be the great obstacle for the conquest of Azeroth. (since Sylvanas wants a world of death and N'zoth one of darkness)
*See's the name Ny'alotha* Well I know where we're going for 8.3~ Though the idea of them reshaping Azeroth because of the Black Empire is gonna be impossible, not story wise or by concept.. and the execution could be pulled off if they had time and manpower to do it, which they used up to work on Classic. Not to mention they have about 5 - 6 months until Blizzcon to unveil something that big.
I still want an emerald dream expansion.
