The Doppel Ganger rare is apparently bugged right now, it consumes the valves but the rare doesn't spawn. I spoke to a GM, and they said that this was a known issue.
Note: que spiral leaf quest is group-wide, then if any party member get an item it counts to everyone!
Are those the same for EU and NA?
And still another day that many are not allowed to complete the daily quests in the alternate Mechagon. Very frustrating.
I killed and received credit for the rare Doppel Ganger this morning before work. What I'll say is, I had not done the daily yet and did not have the item/contributed the valve to the summoning of the rare. I just happen to be present when it spawned.
I gotta say, I love these "In... Today". They've been super helpful!

you should put under More Recycling the pre quest is a daily that pops up if you dont do it you cant do More Recycling
