I miss Kevin Jordan there :(He had more impact than 90% of the people in that video.Nice video tho.
Nat Pagle is real lol
It's great to hear about all of the excitement from both the company and the fans. My bet is that this will not be a flash in the pan with interest waning as it generally does a couple months after a major path retail patch.
Sorry JAB, we DO want this.
Wowhead, I think you're overdoing it a bit on classic on the frontpage. I know we're at maximum hype atm and this article doesn't feel like a cheap cash in on that hype. But please, allow everyone to breathe once in a while on the front page. We still have 6 days to go. :p
Honestly I would like to see these same people do a review of the current game. Not to bash one or the other but it would be interesting to see how they view everything since Vanilla or their personal visions of retail's future.
Pat Nagle!
Gone water does not mill anymore. That place in time doesn't exists anymore. You can go back and feel nostalgia, okay. But that moment IS GONE. It doesn't mean that vanila WoW is not good, or worse than BFA WoW... but "going home again" is never going home again.Hate to tell but is like virgnity. Vanila WoW was the first. Classic is like a flashback. May be good, but will never give the same feelings anymore. But will sell and that's the point right? Activision is trying. Blizzard gave up. Lootboxes won.
What a bunch of Noobs!
I think it can totally be whatever you want it to be. Nostalgia, flashbacks - these are all super subjective. Personally, I think it’s great that Blizzard went ahead with this project and delivered a game that will make me feel nostalgic.
people get to play the game BUT it's not going to be like it was in 2004 even Blizard isn't like it was back then.
i've been playing wow for about ten years, (end of LK, start of Cata) so Vanilla Wow ie: classic will be like a new game to me and I look forward to it. When I started playing WoW talent trees were still around so got to dabble in them a bit. I plan on a Lock to start. I got to play on one briefly during the stress test and thought it was a lot of fun.
"The main character of World of Warcraft is the world." -Chris Metzen.I never thought I'd miss him as much as I do.
As a daily player from MoP on I'll like to see the world as it was before Cataclysm ;)Don't have fond memories or nostalgia, just curious, but that will do !
That'll do pig, that'll do
