I'm sure this will prompt a reasonable discussion, without any wild complaining based only on faction bitterness.
Blizzard doesn't seem to recognize that they themselves have to do more than just give a small world PvP bonus for people to switch from Horde to Alliance.
Wow... what a response from Blizzard. "just pay us if you want this benefit, lol" -Blizzard
Players could choose to shift the relative numbers between the factions, and the bonus would scale accordingly.Yeah, it's on us to make sure the player base is equal on a server clearly.
Get rid of PvE bonuses in War Mode.
So, Alliance will continue to get 30% bonus while Horde get the 10%...
In BFA it was worth taking it for the extra Azerite and Invasion currency. Since almost everything in Shadowlands is weekly capped, what kind of "rewards" would it buff then?
Dude, I hope it's just a misunderstanding. They need to RESET it for launch week, make it balanced for that week.
I would like to point out that this scaling is regionwide, so in servers where Alliance actually do outnumber the Horde (such as the RP realms), there WILL be more Alliance players who will simultaneously be getting greater bonuses. It's a broken system.
Things like war mode bonuses are a good start but Blizzard needs to put more incentives for high end players to go to Alliance. Before anyone says it they shouldn't remove factions because they are core part of the game and that wouldn't help with imbalance at all
Welp, it's worth for levelling all my allies. But still useless for the rest XD
I don't think it's server based, cause i'm in an alliance majority server and we still get 25/30%.
