I don't hate the idea of cash shops like some people, but these buyable pets/mounts/mogs do nothing for me. If I see someone rolling with the mog, I don't think "wow, that's a cool looking mog" I think "that person paid $20 for that"It doesn't incite respect or awe from me like say, seeing a R1 title or a full mythic raid set during prog for that raid.
They better be. It's about time we get some transmog in this game. WoW is so late on the matter compared to litteraly any other mmo ever. So, yeah, go on, make it rain.
NO.NO GOD PLEASE NOOOOO.
Cash shops in subscription-based games are just kinda gross to me - plus I'm much more inclined to spend a lot more on the shop, when I'm not already paying $15/mo. They want more for items than a month costs, but I'd gladly buy multiple items right now if they stopped the subscriptions. On a side note, it does feel pretty scummy to get re-colors for pre-patch gear, while they're putting unique, high-rez gear on the shop. Blizz needs to read the mood - people were already a bit chuffed at the weak pre-patch...this felt like a slap in the face.
:(
I look forward to these.
looks like Activision's influence is getting so massive Blizzard can no longer hide it.
Honestly that would be kinda awesome.. I like the aesthetic of this armor being more like a costume than "bad ass armor".. if we got a necrolord one that looked like abomination parts or always dripped green slime Im afraid I would have to buy it.As it is I dunno about this one.
