Special transmogs are good motivators for big subsOr they would be if they would do something that I liked. Why did it have to be fairy dragons, ughBut that's just me. All in all, better to have this instead of paying $30 for Cloud's bike in FFXIV
I think it's great to have incentive rewards for people willing to sub for 6 months, or rewards for people who've been religiously subbed for a long time already. But I'd rather see these kind of items as in-game rewards for some sort of silly questlines, like Bruce from the Brawler's Guild, or simple stuff like the interaction with the two NPCs in the hunter class hall for Chaperon de forestier-sombre.
As long as it stays cosmetic I’m ok with it
if so, I think I'm just about done here, really
And I don't think adding paid cosmetics is bad. A couple of times per patch - I will only be glad if there are really interesting looks.
So are you saying that people that chose to sub for 6 months by choice or can afford it don't count? Where is your logic, all are players and all deserve a time to voice their opinion, people that really want to sub for 6 months deserve special rewards i agree, i do wish to see more mogs like this kind to be presented to players almost in any way (Achievements, or secrets in game or time limit) exception be by cash shop
Im fine with such cosmetics even for money as long the game does not cost money per month. But then opinions, we all got a different one.
It's a company and they need to earn money to develop the game. Then mounts and mogs are just incentive to perma-sub through 6-months renewals. The game is developed thanks to people paying the sub constantly guaranteeing a constant income to blizzard and this allows to play also those guys that pay monthly and then freeze the account and those that play buying tokens for gold. So, is it really a problem to discuss if we get rewarded with a mount or a mog that nothing changes in the in-game experience except being a little more fancy?
I like it even if those will be shopitems. I mean we dont have to buy it its not important for the gameplay but if something nice comes around I would give my money for it :)
Looks like they finally learned from FFXIV, yes having special skins you can buy with $$$ brings tons of money.
