We are 3 days away from launch, and it's still not possible to decide which covenant you must pick with your character in order to not get kicked of high M+ and raids... It is truly pathethic.
the issue with current borrowed power is in how they are used to bandaid fix unfinished/unbalance/broken classes, that's not good. A spec should be fundamentally complete and fun to play on it's own, with borrowed power being the bonus flavour of the expansion addon to your spec. It should not require said borrowed power to be complete cause we lose the powers at the end of an expansion and the spec is back where it began: in a broken statealso, devs have to spend so much time on the new borrowed power features, that they don't have time to work on the classes/specs properly.and no one is saying keep powers/features/so on through multiple expansions without any changes at all, like some people are saying... of course the devs would work to improve on them, iterate on them and so on. The point is that be not having to reinvent the wheel every single expansion, devs would have more time to develop better/more CONTENT and story for the expansion, i.e. the thing players want to play
Guess we're stuck with borrowed power in every expansion now because "it's easier to balance" for them?
Obviously the Jailer isn't the last, because we all know he's nothing compared to the almighty Nathanos, who everybody loves all the time and demands more of. "More Nathanos!" we shout constantly.
Sylvanas puts the Jailer in jail after the 2nd raid of Shadowlands. The Jailer is going to ally with us after the 7th boss of the last raid after we free him.The final boss will be Archimonde. Sylvanas will be the last boss of the 2nd raid of the next expansion after Shadowlands.
