You can find Regthar in Orgrimmar right inside a hut in the middle of the Barrens, WEST of Crossroads. He gives a couple of Desolace-based quests. Didn't really do them myself as I wasn't that impressed with the rewards. It's an easy "find npc" quest to do and the coordinates are: 45.3, 28.4

Regthar is west of the crossroads. SIMPLY follow the west road out of the crossroads and ou will come across a bunker with 2 red flags posted next to it. He's in the bunker. Can't miss him. The bunker is next to a burned out building, and there are a few orcs around, if your eyes are open you can't miss him. I have to agree with post kid, some people should get a life with all the shiitty directions on this site!
