This has 6 less stamina than the randomly enchanted neck with 48. That makes it a great item for mage tanking in the HKM fight IMO.

At a first glimpse, this necklace seems like it has an item level which is way too low in comparison to its required level.

Normally, items of item level 81-84 have a level requirement of 57-58.
But if you check the neck which is the most available comparison, https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=25067, which also has a level requirement of 66, you can see that its "of Stamina" version has just as much stamina as this one.

As a conclusion: don't be afraid of getting this necklace thinking that it has too low stats for its level; the required level isn't wrong, the item level is.

To make this item you need:
A Jewelcrafter (325+) to Prospect x4 Adamantite ore.
You need x10 Motes of Earth or 1 Primal Earth.
Then you need x2 Adamantite Bar.
Next you need a Jewelcrafter (325+) to combine the 4 Adamantite ore and the Primal Earth. You will recieve Mercurial Adamantite.

So total items =
2 Adamantite Bars
Mercurial Adamantite

Hope this save you time making these (or looking for mats) becuase these aren't that common yet the mats are pretty easy to get. :)
