FROST RESISTANCE LEATHER ARMOR

The following quests can be picked up from Artisan Wilhelm at the Light's Hope Chapel in the Maleterres de l'est (Eastern Plaguelands) by completing Le recueil d'Omarion which you get from Maître-artisan Omarion.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside Naxxramas.
With a skill of 300 and high enough reputation, you will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: Couture (4), Travail du cuir (6) or Forge (3).

(Patterns / plans doesn't exist, all of them are taught by Maître-artisan Omarion in Naxxramas)
