Normally, 20 second procs have an internal cooldown of 2 mins (1'40 for reproc).

If this one have any less than that, it'd be a great trinket.

This can be looted from Murozond's Temporal Cache after you defeat Murozond, the last boss in the End Time heroic dungeon.

The proc animation looks like a healing spell cast on you and time between procs in between 30-35 seconds.

For enhancement looking for an alternative to the 359 wonder trinkets(Mort fluide and Carte de Sombrelune : Ouragan) this isn't a replacement, even with the much higher ilvl. Simmed out with a 374 ilvl enhancement, it works out just under the DPS of the DMC:Hurricane, and much lower than Fluid Death.

Ofcourse, it depends entirely on your gear, but this just is an all around bad enhance trinket.

Hi guys.I was unable to find this information and i want to ask u the following.Is this item Enigme insoluble is better than Flèche du Temps for Feral druid Cat.I know that Flèche du Temps is hunter trinket but it give 383 agility and can be used for druid.But im not sure is it better than 321 Mastery and use of 1605 agility for 20 sec.My first thougths was Arrow of time is item level 378 it should be better than item level 359 but im not sure.My opinion is that i should choose Enigme insoluble instead of Flèche du Temps.Am i right ?

the 65% on the wowhead website is the average drop rate by all the people with the wowhead client, not actual drop rate.
If more people use the client to upload data to wowhead, the data on the website gets more accurate! :)

Why was this downrated? its accurate, the data on wowhead might not reflect the actual drop rate at all... whoever downrated me is a moron... plain and simple!

Its like: If you had a loot table and you killed the boss once and he dropped Arrow of Time and Crown of Epochs

Both arrow of time and crown of epochs will show as 100%
and the other item drops will show at 0%

Just lost this on a need roll by a paladin...I'm a hunter.... Before I go blasting the tool who rolled need on it I need one thing answered - since when do paladins need agility?

So in this trinket.. I saw in the wow dungeon journal and filter for Warrior loot and shows it the listed for Warriors. So AGI is also good for Crit and a DPS Warrior can use Crit. So by Blizzard listing it in the DJ filter for Warrior. Is it fine for a Warrior to need that?

Way better than L'Affameur imo.

I've tested this and I've come to the conclusion that the ICD is 50 secs (L'Affameur is 60 secs) (tested for awhile with need to know addon, a very good addon).
Thats a total of 10 secs less than L'Affameur.
While having it up for an extra 5 secs.
So it will proc more and be up more than L'Affameur an overall dps gain imo.
Both procs give the same amount of haste L'Affameur: 1532x15=22980, Flèche du Temps: 1149x20=22980
And the best part is: no agility loss!
One more thing i like is: it's not like L'Affameur and it doesn't proc off of the first hit for me, this gives me the opportunity
to get my Restabilisateur de matrice to proc crit before haste does.
(yes, I am a hunter)

This trinket isn't too terrible as far as Hunters are concerned. It's actually quite good and non-raiders finally have something you can give up FD for. I'd even take it over the terribly conceived new VP trinket.

It can proc with either L'Affameur and Restabilisateur de matrice, which gives you over +50% haste when both proc at the same time, the equivalent to a mini-bloodlust.

As of 12/21/2011, Wowhead says that the droprate on this is 18%.

I have done 23 runs and never seen it. The probability of this is expressed thus:

(82%)^23 = 1.0416 %

I am the 1%.

Doesn't seem to be worth using for a hunter.

At the moment, I'm using Fluid Death + Darkmoon Card: Hurricane (scribe).

Although the ilvl is higher and it would be nice to constantly have 383 agi instead of waiting for 380 agi to add up from Fluid Death, I'd rather have the hit and (reforged) mastery from Fluid Death too.

I don't know, it seems nice, but considering how rare it seems to be, I think I'll just forget about it.

Great trinket for agility using classes - especially rogues and hunters.

This is a possible reference to Matrim Cauthon in the "Wheel of Time" series written by Robert Jordan. On his blade-spear (pole-arm) a phrase is inscribed: " ...thought is the arrow of time, memory never fades."

As I've been reading over these posts there has been a lot of discussion about % drop rates, so I thought I'd just comment on how to interpret wowhead's estimated drop rate and how accurate it is. After reading the following ensure that you look at the amount of encounters that have been recorded by wowhead to determine the accuracy of the stated % drop rate:

If we assume the data regarding the drop rate of this item is correct, the percentage drop rate is determined by summing up every encounter this item has dropped and comparing it to all other items dropped.

The total number of possible items dropped all have a percentage drop rate and when combined the total will be 100%. Therefore, it is very unlikely that the % drop rate changes from one encounter to another. The drop rate is static, so you are incorrect in saying there is a difference between the % drop rate per encounter vs. % drop rate averaged over a series of encounters.

The only way wowhead is able to estimate the static drop rate of an item is by collecting data from many, many encounters. The greater number of times data is submitted to wowhead regarding an encounter the closer it is able to determine the exact drop rate % of this item.

Thus, if there is a stated % drop rate, then one can have an approximate idea about the % chance this item will drop. Each time that player faces the same encounter the % chance of that item dropping will not change in any way, being "unlucky" is just that.

Hope this helps clear up misunderstandings regarding the % drop rate of an item and how the pool of data collected by wowhead is used in that process, and also the importance of submitting as much info to wowhead as possible

I have recently done this dungeon and this item dropped. It was my first time doing this dungeon so guess i was just lucky. Not lucky enough though, a rogue need on it also and he won (DAMN!)

Done this fight dozens upon dozens of times on my rogue and never seen the arrow drop. First time I ever did it on my feral, or course it drops...

It has 30 seconds cooldown after the 20 seconds. So it has 50 seconds cooldown after the moment it activates, from which 20 are the buff. It is pretty nice, because it has about 40% uptime
