As a human mage, just acquired this off a Defias Pillager within the Gold Coast Quarry in Westfall.

Scroll was found in the pile of books in the hut - Loch Modan 54.0 27.1 (alliance only probably)

Got it from Sorcier de Dalaran in Forêt des Pins argentés (Silverpine Forest) while farming Dalaran Mana Gems for the Mage quest.

Got it on my undead mage from a rare called ''Dalaran spellscribe'' within the Ambermill in Silverpine.

There are different Defias mobs, you need to kill Pilleur défias for Notes de sort : NIGÉO NÉRÉRAT. Drop chance is not 100%.
Loot Notes de sort : NIGÉO NÉRÉRAT from a pillager and click it to add the rune into your rune collection.
