For Org, you hand it in to Jornah who is standing right next to the entrance to Boomstick Imports.. (The shop just next to the AH)..

Farm Advice. This is what I did. May not be the best farm but it went pretty quickly. The speed buff you get in the Barrens is very helpful for this and the lower level mobs make farming this in the barrens better than anywhere in Ashenvale (even if you have the mount). All the boxes will work til honored though.

1) Set hearthstone as Thunderbluff then fly to Camp Taurajo.
2) Head to the quillboar in the east /way 50 58
3) Kill quillboar around the camps in that area. Move in a circle around the 4 camps looking for chest to loot as you kill. Chest are your priority. I got about 7/10 of each shipment from a chest.
4) Collect a Shipment
5) Hearth or fly to thunderbluff
6) Buy items and fill shipment from AH and turn in at Dokimi /way 39.4 53.4
7) Fly back to Camp Taurajo. Use the Blood Shards you picked up to get the speed boost buff "Spirit of the Wind" from the Quillboar dude in the cage.

When you don't have hearth up and gotta run back grab the Spirit of the wind buff before flying to Thunderbluff to make your AH and Thunderbluff runs faster too. You get A LOT of them.

How to learn Propagation du serpent:

1. Farm Waylaid Supply ( Cargaison d’approvisionnement ) and return them to the Jornah located at
Orgrimmar 51.6 X , 63.9 Y
Waylaid Supply can drop from any creature/chest in Azeroth
Keep in mind you can only carry 1 Waylaid Supply at the time
Combining Supply with required material greatly increases reputation gain
2. Reach a "Friendly" reputation with Transports logistiques Durotar
3. Once "Friendly" speak to the Jornah and open the vendor window
4. Purchase Rune de Propagation du serpent for 2 gold and use it

You will need to reach Friendly with Durotar Supply & Logistics / Azeroth Commerce Authority

Best way to reach Friendly is to turn in every supply crate you find while you are questing.
-Always try to fill the order if you can afford to.
-Don't stress if you can't fill the order, turn it in anyways and continue collecting more.
-You can only hold one crate in your inventory at a time.

Waylaid Supply Crate farming:
My preferred place to farm crates (Horde side) once you are level 18 or so is in Southern Barrens.
-Follow road South from Camp Taurajo.
-Continue South past the fork in the road that heads towards Dustwallow Marsh.
-Before you reach the valley between the Razorfen hills, leave the road heading West in to an area called Blackthorn Ridge.
-Behind the large Bramblepatch / Quillboar huts you can find Washte Pawne, a named Cloud Serpent that will often drop crates.
-Over against the hillside under a tree is a small quillboar camp where a chest spawns. This chest will often have crates as well.

Cargaison d’approvisionnement (ItemID: 211839) gives 140 exp, 15 silver and 500 reputation.
Cargaison d’approvisionnement (ItemID: 211840) gives 180 exp, 20 silver and 650 reputation.
Cargaison d’approvisionnement (ItemID: 211841) gives 200 exp, 30 silver and 800 reputation.
